01 / Ventures & Enterprise Building
Three Frontiers. One Operating Philosophy.
Darius M. Riddick develops ventures that translate human capability into durable systems: institutions that preserve readiness, educational media that expands understanding, and veteran-centered ideas built around continued service and opportunity.
His work crosses sectors without losing its central logic. People need the biological capacity to act, the intelligence to make sound decisions, and the institutions and communities that allow capability to endure. The three ventures presented here occupy different roles in that ambition: Endure Beyond Media builds educational reach, Durahuman Group develops research and applied systems, and VetCity represents a developing veteran-focused initiative.
02 / Media, Publishing & Learning
Independent Media VentureEndure Beyond.
A podcast for the future 1%. Built for Earth. Ready for Beyond.
Founded and hosted by Darius M. Riddick, Endure Beyond is an independent podcast, educational media platform and publishing venture that examines how individuals and cohesive teams develop the capabilities required to thrive under increasingly complex demands. It translates research and practical experience into accessible perspectives on human performance, psychology, leadership, physical resilience, decision-making, and the future of human expansion.
The podcast is built for ambitious listeners who want to question assumptions and build durable capability rather than chase temporary motivation. Episodes connect exercise physiology, mental performance, strategic efficiency, leadership responsibility, adaptive systems, emerging technology, operational readiness, and the practical conditions for a future beyond Earth.
Across public episodes, books, learning programs and membership resources, Endure Beyond presents ideas through the lens of Human Expansion Readiness (HXR). The podcast's associated ENWAR educational sequence explores Enhanced Warfighter resilience, while the MODELS SERIES — Muscle Models, Efficiency Models and Off-World Models — provides deeper written frameworks. The Muscle School builds a structured learning environment centered on the biological foundations of sustained physical capability.
Podcast & Long-Form Ideas
Exploration of physiology, psychology, leadership, efficiency and human expansion.
MODELS SERIES
Books linking biological capability, institutional systems and the future of life beyond Earth.
The Muscle School
Instruction devoted to skeletal muscle, deliberate training, adaptation and capability preservation.

03 / Research, Intelligence & Applied Systems
Institutional VentureDurahuman Group.
Built for Human Expansion Readiness.
Durahuman Group is the research and technology enterprise founded by Darius M. Riddick to develop governed intelligence, evidence-disciplined research doctrine, countermeasure concepts, and applied systems for human capability. The central mission is Human Expansion Readiness: preparing people, teams and institutions to maintain meaningful performance and coherent decisions as their environments grow more demanding.
The enterprise unites human-systems research with a software and doctrine portfolio spanning operational readiness, research intelligence, knowledge governance, space and austere-environment systems, and defense-oriented human resilience. Its focus is on human-centered system architecture — addressing the relationship between an individual's capacities, their tools, the institution they operate within and the conditions under which they must perform.
Representative research and product initiatives include HXR and ENWAR doctrine; KYRDROS for governed institutional knowledge; Durahuman X for evidence-oriented research; HEROS for readiness intelligence; StarRAYDR for complex mission planning; and ODIN, the Office of Durahuman Intelligence, as a research and doctrine archive. The portfolio also includes research interests in spaceflight countermeasures, habitat engineering, cybernetics, and Project SILVERSWAN.
Durahuman Group's long-horizon thesis connects high-performing humans to sustainable institutions. Capability is not defined solely by what someone can achieve on an exceptional day; it includes the ability to maintain, repair, transfer and responsibly expand that capability over time.
Human Expansion Readiness

04 / Veteran-Focused Initiative
Developing VentureVetCity.
Service is a foundation for what comes next.
VetCity is presented within Darius M. Riddick's developing venture portfolio as a veteran-focused initiative. Its proposed direction reflects an enduring conviction shaped by military service: the skills developed under responsibility, pressure and shared mission should remain useful long after a service member transitions into civilian life.
The initiative's strategic themes are veteran leadership, community, professional reinvention, entrepreneurship and the translation of military-earned capabilities into new opportunities. It draws a connection between disciplined readiness in uniform and the capacity to contribute as a civilian builder, professional, entrepreneur, mentor or community leader.
As a developing venture, VetCity is an expression of long-term intent and portfolio direction. The focus here is its mission and principles; operating programs, external partnerships and service availability will be introduced through VetCity's own verified channels as they are established.
Veteran Identity & Community
Recognizing service-earned experience as a durable foundation for a new phase of contribution.
Career & Enterprise Direction
Exploring pathways that connect transferable skills, professional development and veteran-led ambition.
Continued Service
Building around purpose, competence, mutual support and the capacity to create opportunities beyond military service.
05 / The Common Thesis
Different Ventures. Shared Conviction.
Darius M. Riddick views enterprise building as an extension of human-systems thinking. Research provides the intellectual architecture. Education makes the ideas available. Veteran-focused initiatives connect capability with people prepared to put it to work.
Each initiative has its own purpose and commercial or organizational context. Together they reflect a broader commitment to resilience, capability, leadership and the future of human expansion.
