Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders placed on the Site will be captured within one (1) business day. After capture and confirmation of successful order placement, processing is completed by our support team within two or three (2-3) business days. All orders will be shipped within one to three (1-3) business days depending on geographic location. Ex. Our US hub has an average push time of 1 business day to US locations and Armed Forces locations, while International shipping may take the full three (3) business days.   Order completion (when the consumer receives the goods) varies based upon the shipping method chosen at checkout and post office scheduling. Ex. Ground shipping is 5-10 days, while Fast, FREE shipping is 2 days. If an order is placed outside of business hours (Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm CST) the order will be processed the next business day in which the above time scale applies.
